APPOINTMENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
예약 변경 및 취소
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without penalty.
Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or deduction of one session from the applicable package or membership.
예약 변경 및 취소는 예약 시간 기준 최소 48시간 전까지 가능합니다.
예약 시간으로부터 48시간 이내에 변경 또는 취소하는 경우, 예약금(Deposit)은 반환되지 않으며 패키지 또는 멤버십 이용 고객의 경우 1회가 차감됩니다.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
당일 취소 및 노쇼
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for exceptions or waivers. The deposit will be forfeited, or one session will be deducted from the applicable package or membership.
당일 취소 및 노쇼(No-Show)는 예외 또는 차감 면제가 적용되지 않습니다. 예약금은 반환되지 않으며, 패키지 또는 멤버십 이용 고객은 1회가 차감됩니다.
MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY
멤버십 유효기간
Memberships purchased in 2026 or later are valid for 2 years from the date of first use.
Memberships purchased in 2025 are valid for 1 year in accordance with the original membership terms.
2026년 이후 구매한 멤버십은 최초 사용일로부터 2년간 유효합니다.
2025년에 구매한 멤버십은 기존 구매 조건에 따라 1년간 유효합니다.
반복적인 예약 변경 및 취소
Repeated rescheduling or cancellations may affect future appointment availability and the ability to complete services within the applicable validity period.
PIUM is not responsible for expired or unused sessions resulting from repeated schedule changes, cancellations, or failure to schedule appointments within the applicable validity period.
반복적인 예약 변경 및 취소는 향후 예약 가능 여부 및 유효기간 내 서비스 이용에 제한을 줄 수 있습니다.
고객의 반복적인 일정 변경 및 취소 또는 유효기간 내 예약 미진행으로 인해 발생하는 미사용 횟수 및 기간 만료에 대해서는 PIUM에서 책임지지 않습니다.
